All seller types must provide valid ID.

Retail and Wholesale Businesses Must provide copies of business licenses & EIN's.

Alcohol and Tobaco retailers must provide copies of relevent licenses.

Adult Category Sellers: must provide copies of Birth certificates & valid Photo ID's with matching names, If married a copy of your marriage license to link all legal names. This applies to ALL co-creators you may produce content with on your account as well. 

This category is HEAVILY regulated to prevent underage content on our platform. 

Firearms sellers: All firearms MUST be shipped to a licensed FFL. This includes Private sales on our platform not just retail sellers. If found circumventing our programs to deliver directly to customers. Your accounts will be banned and all transactions will be handed over to the ATF including all files used to register your sellers account. 

WE DO NOT CONDONE ILLEGAL SALES ON OUR PLATFORM. 

Our platform is very lax on the type of items we allow to be sold, If we do not have a category for your products please reach out and we will create a category relevant to your products as soon as possible.

However, we do not allow counterfeit items or copywrited items. If a brand reaches out to us with concerns about either, we will investigate and reach out about your items to hear both sides of the arguement. If you can prove your items are legitimate items we will continue to allow you to resell them. This platform is a firm believer in once an item is sold, you as the customer have every right to do with that item as you wish. 

Retailers and Wholesalers however, If you are restricted by a brand contract we as a platform will be obligated to follow any cease and desists from those Brands on your items.
