Rules for Food Products

RULES

 

1. All food products must follow state and federal laws for manufacturing and shipping nationally and internationally. 

 

2. Out of date products may be sold as long as it follows the FDA Guidelines and customers are informed in the listing Headline.

 

3. Fresh and frozen food Must have a 3 day or less shipping time and be packed with temperature controlling products.

 

4. All ingredients Must be displayed in the listing for allergy purposes.

 

5.  All edibles, cbd, thc, tobacco, alcohol products must be sold or advertised with a licensed Business acount under an adult 18+ category. Reach out if you need help setting up a seller account for those specific items.
